Mr. Radzuan spent serving the Securities Commission Malaysia for 23 years in the area of regulatory supervision and development and specializes in the area ofcorporate finance; bond and sukuk market; prospectus disclosure; and operations and development of Malaysian Islamic capital market. He is currently a consultant of the World Bank on green taxonomy, Islamic finance and carbon market development, and Asian Development Bank-affiliate Sustainable Finance Institute Asia on Climate Finance; Director of Islamic Sustainable Finance of AIFA consulting Sdn Bhd; and project consultant for several projects under ISRA consultancy. Mr. Radzuan is also sits as investment committee member of BIMB Investment Management Berhad, a leading Islamic ESG-based fund management company. His recent works include a member consultant for Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), Kazakhstan and a member consultant to the Indonesian government for development of a masterplan on Indonesia’s Islamic economy.

Rozani Osman has over 27 years of experience in the financial industry including 18 years in investment management and 9 years in sustainable finance. He is currently a senior advisor to the Capacity-building Alliance of Sustainable Investment (CASI) based in Hong Kong. He is an advisory board member of the Global Islamic Impact Investment Forum (GIIIF) in London. He is also the financial and strategy advisor to an environmental technology start-up and a solar power generation joint-venture project in. He was formerly a Senior Consultant, and before that. a Senior Financial Sector Specialist at the World Bank. He was the World Bank team lead for developing the world’s first green sukuk. He was previously the Head of Treasury at Khazanah Nasional, the sovereign wealth fund of Malaysia.

Marina spent close to a decade working at the Malaysian sovereign wealth fund, Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where she gained significant experience in fixed income origination, green and social impact projects and Islamic finance. She played a key role in executing various sukuk and bond issuances, including the first ringgit denominated sustainable and responsible investment (SRI) and exchangeable sukuk transactions. Prior to her employment with Khazanah, she was working with Ernst & Young, Kuala Lumpur in the assurance department. Marina was also involved in two publications titled Islamic capital markets: Principles and Practices and Sukuk: Principles and Practices which were joint publication of ISRA, Khazanah and Securities Commission Malaysia. Marina was awarded the Cambridge Islamic Finance Leadership Award in 2017 and was recognized as one of the top 50 most influential women in Islamic finance by Cambridge IFA in both 2018 and 2019. Currently, Marina holds a position as a consultant partner, advising small and medium enterprises and individuals on risk and wealth management (takaful and investment). She is also a consultant for the World Bank where she contributes her expertise to green, sustainable and Islamic finance projects.
